4th Street Suites - Opulent King Bed Suite

Really nice place and spacious for a 1BR apartment. Great kitchen space. Some nice outdoor amenities including a good pool, barbeque area, and gym and golf simulator space. Only drawback to the apartment itself was some extra amenities around the unit - towels for the pool area or extra things for the kitchen.All in all, really nice stay and good communication from the host.

The location was excellent and just a 5 minute walk from the downtown convention center! We enjoyed our stay immensely and the host was tremendous to deal with. Seriously, so fast to reply to any request that we had. The location itself was very comfortable and I have nothing but good things to say.

This property is perfectly located for all your needs.Bars and restaurants, Whiskey Row and Muhammad Ali museum.Apartment is secure and the amenities were outstanding.Pool,hammocks and fitness center all footsteps away.Parking was conveniently located right outside the 6th floor door which made leaving simple.Owner is very responsive.Overall a perfectly placed rental for a great price.We will be back.
