4th Street Suites - Ali King Bed Suite

The location is great as you can walk a lot of places. It is a nice complex with so many amenities that are listed in the description. I think for the price items in the apartment could be nicer - better towels, mattress, toilet paper, etc. All were adequate; however, I expect more for that price point. Devin was very nice and responsive.

Excellent place to stay.

Great location close to 4th street live and nice facilities.

The property had everything you could need available to you right there on site. The location was perfect as it’s in the middle of anything you could want to do during your stay. Our condo was cozy, comfortable & had everything we needed. I especially liked the secured off street parking available on the property. Our host was super accommodating & replied to messages promptly. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Host does not offer secure check in and will leave the apartment unlocked with keys inside upon arrival. Upon our arrival, the key was not there- missing, stolen, misplaced? I’m not sure. Host did attempt to resolve the issue late at night however, resolution was not satisfactory and the issue continued well into the second day of the stay. Area rug and dishes in cabinets were not clean. Two of three lightbulbs in the bathroom were burned out, and one of two lightbulbs in the kitchen were burned out. Outlet in bathroom did not work at all. Host was uncooperative in offering any recourse for issues encountered. Overall, security and safety issues present. Not worth the $$ and would not stay here again. Location was the only positive.
